Hannah Horvath (Lena Dunham) and her girlfriends continue to hunt for success--creatively, professionally, and romantically--in New York City and beyond in Season 4 of the hit HBO comedy series. This season, Hannah leaves New York to attend the prestigious Iowa Writers' Workshop, while confronting uncertainty in her relationship with Adam (Adam Driver).
